Over at My Sheri Crafts we were challenged to do something that involved Christmas and if at all possible decorations! Wow.....me and all my layouts I had to think outta the box!! :) Think I did ok with the help of scraplifting the idea from a dear friend and far away scrapper....Carolyn from another challenge....not quite as elegant but hey I tried! :)
The base is made with single sheet paper from HobbyLobby.
The flowers are made with a pack of paper called Magic of the Season also from HL.
The snowflakes are made with Home Decor cart.
Inks are from paper studio also at HL.....can ya tell thats our only local crafting store! :)
This is very SWEET and I think you did a great job, stepping out of your comfort zone & having only ONE store to choose product from to come up with a unique decor piece!!!

And all the inking just adds such another level to it. this would be pretty hanging on a tree, door, a piece of furniture. Oh, I could think of endless ways to use this. You should step out of your box more often!! You just do beautiful work.

This is really pretty Shelby! I think you did a great job and it's elegant enough for me! I know what you mean about "only one craft supply store". We are 60 miles away from anything other than Wal-Mart! So thankful for online shopping! (my husband isn't so thankful, though! LOL)
ReplyDeleteShelby, I think your friend would be proud of your "stamplifting." I may do the same!! Hobby Lobby is a great store and I appreciate they are closed on Sunday to allow their employees to spend time with their families.
